The use of innovative structural solutions allows for the processing of details weighing up to 250 kg at pressures up to 10 bar. The high-quality vacuum abrasive valve from the German brand BRAGO is characterized by exceptional mechanical durability and abrasion resistance compared to standard valves installed in competitive companies' cleaners.
The standardized claw coupling installed in the devices prevents accidental disconnection of the compressed air supply hose while allowing for its quick and safe replacement regardless of its diameter. Work comfort and safety are ensured by the use of precise LED lighting with the ability to change the illumination angle within +/- 90 degrees and a 3-element visor package with replaceable protective films measuring 305 × 610 mm.

The use of innovative structural solutions in the PRC series of cleaners ensures continuity in the processing method, improves the conditions for transporting the abrasive to the working nozzle, and allows for the processing of various materials using a wide range of abrasive materials. The PRC series cleaners operate at pressures ranging from 1 to 13 bar in a single- or dual-nozzle system.
Controlling the cleaners is easy and safe due to the use of an ergonomic control panel with the ability to simultaneously observe the effects of changes made to the processing (optionally, control can be done using PLC controllers, HMI control panels, and servomotors). The devices operate in a closed circuit, ensuring up to 100% material recovery and almost completely eliminating the generation of dust outside the chamber.
