Product description
Land Reko® DPM-75-13

The DPM series pressure blasting machines are mobile, dust-free devices designed for advanced surface treatment using a stream of compressed air and abrasive media. Thanks to their compact design, the device enables efficient dust-free surface treatment with simultaneous return and separation of abrasive material from contaminants generated during the process.

The DPM mobile blasting machines, due to their favorable conical bottom design which facilitates the movement of abrasive material, and the possibility of using various types of abrasive valves, are suitable for operation with all types of abrasive materials of spherical, rounded, and/or sharp-edged shapes, and of any grain size. The integrated dust extraction system, along with a dual system of screens and abrasive media recirculators, ensures dust-free surface treatment and recovery of abrasive materials used in the process. This allows for use in locations where minimizing environmental impact is essential—such as during work in areas with pedestrian or street traffic, densely populated residential zones, or when other activities are being carried out in the same space. The repeated use of abrasive grains within the treatment cycle, along with a closed abrasive circuit, makes the DPM series dust-free blasting machines significantly more environmentally friendly and cost-effective than conventional open-cycle blasting machines.

The DPM series dust-free air-abrasive blasting machines allow for achieving a surface cleanliness grade of up to SA-3/SP5 and an efficiency of up to 22 m²/h, with recovery of up to 96 percent of the materials used in the treatment process. The DPM series dust-free blasting machines are equipped with large claw couplings, ensuring quick and safe connections while maintaining high compressed air flow efficiency. Abrasive media loading is carried out automatically via a pneumatically controlled rubber membrane – eliminating the need for inefficient threaded connections – which makes the DPM series dust-free blasting machines safer and easier to operate. The blasting machine is also equipped with a large inspection valve, allowing for quick emptying of the tank and enabling internal inspection.

The device can be equipped with two types of working handles – a standard manual version or a special version featuring mechanical adjustment of the nozzle’s distance from the treated surface and a roller-guided system. The device allows for the use of a working hose with abrasive material recovery, with a length of up to 30 meters.

Control of the blasting machine (in pneumatic or electric version) is intuitive and precise, and therefore efficient, thanks to the placement of the control handle at the end of the working hose. A definite advantage of this solution is the ability for the operator directly performing the cleaning process to stop the operation of the device, which is in line with the most recent occupational health and safety regulations (solution available as an optional feature).

The DPM blasting machine tank has been designed and manufactured in accordance with the requirements of the Pressure Equipment Directive PED 2014/68/EU, based on and under the supervision of a notified body-approved design. It bears the CE marking.
