The offered abrasive blasting machine is a professional, safe and modern device of a Polish manufacturer. The sandblaster is equipped with a chute formed at a sharp angle to facilitate the sliding of the material. The use of innovative design solutions enables the processing of details weighing up to 1 000 kg in a chamber with working dimensions of 1 750 x 1 750 x 860 mm under pressure up to 12 bar. The high-quality disc valve of the German brand Clemco abrasive is characterized by above-average mechanical strength and abrasion resistance compared to standard valves installed in blast machines of competing companies. Controlling the blasting machine is easy and safe due to the use of a foot pedal. An important advantage of using Clemco brand valves and carbide nozzles as well as shot blasting lines carrying the material in our devices is the possibility of dosing any various types of abrasive material - both quartz sand and glass microspheres, ceramic flours and granulates, corundum, electrocorundum, shot, soda, etc.
The standardized claw connector mounted in the device protects against accidental disconnection of the compressed air supply line, while enabling its quick and safe replacement, regardless of its diameter. The comfort and safety of work is ensured by the use of precise LED lighting with the possibility of changing the illumination angle in the range of +/- 90 degrees and a 3-element set of the visor with replaceable protective foils with dimensions of 950×340 mm.
In order to meet the growing safety requirements, all blasting chambers of the SCP series have been equipped with an automatic safety switch that interrupts the operation of the device when the chamber lid is lifted.
Depending on the requirements, the chambers of the SCP series can be equipped with three types of dedicated separation and dedusting systems with different efficiency of cleaning the working chamber. The device works in a closed circuit ensuring up to 100% recovery of material and eliminates dust formation outside the chamber.
The device is designed for the most demanding users - both in workshops and in industry. The cleaner has a CE declaration of conformity and an extensive user manual. The offer includes the possibility to buy a variety of optional equipment with a compressor and compressed air treatment systems.
