The EBM series pressure blasting machines are mobile devices designed for basic surface treatment using a stream of compressed air and abrasive media. Due to their compact and simple design, as well as the use of a plate-type abrasive valve, the EBM series sandblasters are suitable for working with basic natural-origin abrasive materials of spherical and/or rounded shape – such as quartz sands, dolomite powders, limestone mixtures, etc.
The EBM series air-abrasive blasting machines allow for achieving a surface cleanliness grade of up to SA-3/SP5 and an efficiency of up to 16 m2/h. The EBM series sandblasters are equipped with standardized claw couplings, ensuring quick and safe connections while maintaining high compressed air flow efficiency. Abrasive media loading is carried out via a pneumatically controlled rubber membrane – eliminating the need for inefficient threaded connections – which makes the EBM series blasting machines safer and easier to operate.
Control of the blasting machine is intuitive and precise, and therefore efficient, thanks to the placement of the control handle at the end of the working hose. A definite advantage of this solution is the ability for the operator directly performing the cleaning process to stop the operation of the device, which is in line with the most recent occupational health and safety regulations (solution available as an optional feature).
The EBM blasting machine tank has been designed and manufactured in accordance with the requirements of the Pressure Equipment Directive PED 2014/68/EU, based on and under the supervision of a notified body-approved design. It bears the CE marking.
