EBC series shot blasting chambers are designed for industrial abrasive blasting of large and/or heavy workpieces. Processing in EBC blasting chambers involves accelerating abrasive grains using the energy of a compressed air stream and micro-slicing the treated surface.
EBC series shot blasting machines operate in a closed-loop system, ensuring the removal of contaminants, cleaning and recovery of the abrasive, and its subsequent recirculation. Abrasive blasting in EBC series blasting chambers can be performed manually (the operator is located outside the processing zone and manually directs the abrasive spray using a nozzle mounted in a special holder), semi-automatically, or automatically (with the movement of the workpieces and nozzle controlled by pneumatic/electric actuators). EBC blasting chambers are optionally equipped with drives for loading/unloading, rotation, and transport of workpieces.
EBC series blasting booths are equipped with efficient external ventilation systems, ensuring adequate air circulation and visibility at a level that allows for efficient processing. Abrasive falling into a conical hopper (eliminating the need for expensive and emergency floor-mounted moving drives) is transported to an external recirculator via pneumatic and/or mechanical conveyors for cleaning and reuse – significantly reducing processing costs.
EBC blasting machines are precisely and tightly constructed, preventing the escape of dust generated during the blasting process and ensuring its effective cleaning and segregation.
EBC series blasting chambers are ideal for cleaning and roughening a wide range of metal, plastic, and concrete surfaces, preparing them for subsequent finishing (e.g., paint and hydrophobic coatings, metallization).
EBC series blasting machines are equipped with high-performance abrasive metering systems that allow for simultaneous operation of 1 to 6 working nozzles, work tables with adjustable speed and direction of rotation, and high-intensity lighting systems.
