The offered abrasive blasting machine is a professional, safe and modern device from a Polish manufacturer. The sandblaster is equipped with a chute formed at a sharp angle to facilitate the sliding of the material and an inspection trigger enabling quick emptying of the abrasive chute. The use of innovative design solutions enables the processing of details weighing up to 250 kg in a chamber with working dimensions of 820 x 620 x 750 mm at a pressure of up to 10 bar. The high-quality vacuum abrasive valve of the German brand BRAGO is characterized by above-average mechanical strength and abrasion resistance compared to standard valves installed in blasting machines of competing companies. Controlling the blast machine is easy and safe due to the use of a foot-operated control pedal. An important advantage of using BRAGO valves and CTR vacuum guns with a boron carbide nozzle and shot blasting tubes carrying the material in our devices is the ability to dose any type of abrasive material - both quartz sand and glass microspheres, ceramic flours and granulates, corundum, electrocorundum, shot, soda etc.
The standardized claw connector mounted in the device protects against accidental disconnection of the compressed air supply line, while enabling its quick and safe replacement, regardless of its diameter. The comfort and safety of work is ensured by the use of precise LED lighting with the possibility of changing the illumination angle in the range of +/- 90 degrees and a 3-element set of the visor with replaceable protective foils with dimensions of 305×610 mm.
In order to meet the growing safety requirements, all blasting chambers of the SCI series have been equipped with an automatic safety switch that interrupts the operation of the device when the chamber lid is lifted.
Depending on the requirements, the chambers of the SCI series can be equipped with four types of dedicated separation and dedusting systems with different efficiency of cleaning the working chamber. The device works in a closed circuit ensuring up to 100% recovery of material and eliminates dust formation outside the chamber.
The device is designed for the most demanding users - both in workshops and in industry. The cleaner has a CE declaration of conformity and an extensive user manual. The offer includes the possibility to buy a variety of optional equipment with a compressor and compressed air treatment systems.
