PRS series industrial granular material separators / recirculators can be used in a variety of surface treatment processes: abrasive blasting, smoothing and grinding of metals, plastics, stone, etc.

Materials are transported to the recirculator pneumatically or mechanically/pneumatically using belt/chain conveyors. PRS series devices utilize an air stream in the recovery process to separate oversized/oversized material particles, recovering and reusing particles with specific particle sizes. The recovered particles are stored or re-fed to the treatment process.

The use of PRS series separators / recirculators significantly increases the reuse rate of abrasive materials and extends abrasive life, which translates into increased efficiency and reduced surface treatment costs.
